# Say Hello to The Research Desk

Hello again. Now that most people are back, I have two pieces of news.

### 1\. We are The Research Desk

We don't yet have the name of the new publication we are bringing to you. That branding question we are still sweating blood on.

However, our company does now have a proper name. We are The Research Desk Limited – and it does seem to sum up neatly who we are. Think of a big newspaper. It has a Home Desk, a Foreign Desk, a Sports Desk and an Arts Desk. We are The Research Desk. And it is from that desk, with the lamp on and the laptop open, that I am writing to you now.

The website has now moved to [www.theresearchdesk.co.uk](https://www.theresearchdesk.co.uk/). For a few weeks, you may receive emails either from this domain or the old one as new domains can take a while to earn the trust of spam filters.

### 2\. We want to talk to you

We are conducting research interviews with universities, companies and other potential subscribers.
